Ian G. Ward II, ESQ.

Ian G. Ward, Esq, is a founding partner of Ward Ruddock. Ian handles a wide array of the firm’s cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury, representing clients who were injured through the negligence of others as well as first party insurance claims.

Prior to his entry into personal injury, he worked at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. While at the Public Defender’s Office he represented the indigent in criminal matters

Mr. Ward attended Howard University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. While in law school, Ian clerked at a prestigious personal injury firm in Coral Gables, Florida. He also served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Andrea Simonton of the Southern District of Florida.

Ian has been involved in verdicts that have been recognized as a “Top 100 car accident verdicts in Miami Dade County” , as well a “Top 20 Personal Injury Verdicts in Florida” and a “Top 10 Car Accidents in Florida.”

Ian is an active member of the community. He has proudly served on the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association’s Executive Board, even serving as president.
